Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Although most countries do not charge import taxes for small or medium sized boxes,

it's your responsibility to check and comply with your country's customs regulations and determine if there are any additional fees to be paid.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.


Damages

EastBaySource is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.


Delivery Delays

EastBaySource shall use reasonable efforts to make prompt deliveries in a commercially reasonable manner. Service commitments, as the USPS calls them, are based on shipping with the assumption of no delays. Delivery dates and estimates are, however, not guaranteed. EastBaySource disclaims any liability or responsibility, and the buyer shall hold EastBaySource harmless, for the late delivery of the product. The buyer has no right to delay or defer delivery or acceptance.
